You probably need to be checked for cervical instability.If you’re Hypermobile(one video looks like your knees are)then cervical instability can cause compression of the vagus nerve&trigger your pots

any time I tilt my head back. ANY TIME, I get horribly dizzy and racing heart when I come back to normal posture. like looking up at a bird. lying down with my head tilted back, WASHING MY HAIR 😭

i don’t have pots but i have vasovagal syncope. today i was in orchestra and a staff member came in to talk to my teacher, they mentioned my name and my heart rate went immediately up to over 145

my dr thinks i have pots but idk i dont wanna self diagnose ofc. my heart rate goes from 80-90 to 115-120 when i stand and 130-150 when im walking.

Once I got on a stronger beta blocker and started actively eating salt constantly, I was less tired. It’s literally SO TIRING to just STAND UP.
