Instead, we now ask women to be everything, all the time: full-time worker, full-time mum, full-time partner, full-time housekeeper—and somehow still regulate their nervous systems and balance their hormones? No wonder we’re seeing record-high levels of burnout, PMS, postnatal depletion, thyroid disorders, and cycle irregularities. Because the pressure isn’t just emotional—it’s physiological.
