194/115 last night, call to ambulance went to the hospital, after 6 hour they let me go home because it calms 160/108 said its normal . your new medication will come on Friday....that all what I get

Jittery. Migraine headache. Blurry vision. Will cause stroke or heart attack. Happened to me and rushed to hospital and that’s what they told me. Almost was dead.

yea. been dealing with it for 28 years. Genetics for me. I just try to eat half way right, exercise and take my meds. Never miss my cardiologist appt and start prayed up. It's a lifestyle change
