@munyasamanyanga1: I wanna give a massive shoutout to mr DND Himself @NEMZZZ We’ve gained over 12kgs of lean muscle; everything from quads, back, chest, arms, and shoulders has grown. With the pressure on him and being the third-highest streaming rapper in the UK, it was important for me to establish the gym as part of his weekly routine, especially with him needing to be in a different country every other month and his schedule being different each week. We’re now in a position where, before any meetings or music videos, he’s already made sure he’s booked his sessions for the week. And it’s this mindset that’s going to allow him to keep growing in the gym. Overall, I couldn’t be prouder. It’s never easy starting something new, but bro stuck to it, trusted me, and now we are seeing the benefits. This is literally only the start, and there’s so much more to achieve.
