Okay but...One year, my doctor suggested testing homone levels for HRT (post menopause). I declined. The next year I asked about getting tested. She literally said, "Why? I don't recommend HRT. Too many risks!" I'm so tired of conflicting information.😩

Important to draw the distinction between synthetic hormone replacement therapy, source of much angst & many problems, versus bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. All natural, less dangerous.

tbh if a woman's health is linked to her hormones why not replace them when you start peri ? it's a no brainer to me 😅

had a hysterectomy I don't even know if I'm in menopause...there's such conflicting info on taking HRT...not to mention insurance doesn't cover it and it's expensive

I had my GP discourage me against starting HRTS and that nearly killed me. Thank god I switched doctors. HRTS saved my life. Literally.
