You told me, you would never hurt me, but now everything has changed..
The in-law problem nobody talks about honestly enough. It's not about your parents being difficult — it's about what you do when they are. 🤍 #inlaws #couplesoftiktok #relationshiptips #healthyrelationship #realtalk
What does “engage your core” even mean??? There are a few core engagement cues that changed the game for me and I want to share with you!!!💜✨ First engaging your core is one part of having proper spinal alignment. This is important in MOST movements. While there is a time and a place to extend or flex your spine - most often you want to have a neutral spinal position. When in a standing position this would look like ears over shoulders over ribcage over hips over knees over ankles! Now, how can you cue yourself to engage your core? 1. Bring your ribs down toward your hips to close some of the gap between them. This is the cue I am specifically using in the video! 2. You want to take a deep breath to fill your entire torso (aka trunk) and when you exhale you want to keep the tension that you created in your trunk. 3. You want to make sure there is 360 degrees of tension. Your core is more than just your abs. This includes the front of your torso (belly area), the side, and the back! 4. You want to be braced the same way you would react if your friend was to come and slap your belly! Save these tips and follow along for this weeks Core Exercise breakdown!!😊 #coreengagement #bodyrecomposition #howtoengageyourcore #abworkouts #coreworkouts
