There’s currently a massive shortage of matcha in Japan so l would recommend not getting ceremony grade matcha as that is usually reserved for tea ceremonies and it’s not needed for latte style drink

When you use coconut and sweetener you don't need to use expensive matcha, save the money and use a decent one
