Grind the Cheetos® finely and set aside in a bowl.​ 2. Mix the flour with pepper, cumin, and ground paprika.​ 3. Beat the eggs in a bowl.​ 4. Cut the mozzarella into finger-thick sticks and roll them in the flour, eggs, and finally in the Cheetos® crumbs. 5. Repeat for a double coating to keep the cheese from leaking out.​ 6.
