Is this injection painful? Does it cause problems and pain, especially if the spinal cord has undergone surgeries before? Can it cause paralysis?

Most CSF leaks don't show on MRI's. Especially slow leaks or a VF

curious I suspect a possible CSF leak causing my positional migraines however the doctor only ordered a standard CT scan I believe it's not going to show anything should I be requesting a myelogram or a MRI

what would you have the doctor pug on the MRI? my doc has just put brain MRI. No spine and no possible leak in notes. My mid back pain is extreme.Glucose positive nose and eye leak.Pots. Double vision issues at times
