in my case, he left his job after I applied and now lives off girlfriends benefits (not a joint claim) so they can't touch the money. There are loopholes to prevent paying.

That’s because the moment you start paying cms you end up with bare minimum to live off. Kids never cost that much each month to feed, cloth and activities. I’d love to see what cms is actually for

My ex was given 42 days in prison suspended on the order of paying what he owes. Let’s just say he now has court fees to pay too. They will follow through.

CMS doesn’t work, it need a massive overhaul. Ex doesn’t pick up the phone to CMS so there’s nothing they can do as he doesn’t have bills in his name despite me telling them where he works etc.

My ex worked for his parents company I went to cm and it was 140 a month then month later went to 9 pound a week because they frauded it . Cm wouldn’t do a thing 😂 no point init it’s shocking
