literally came here to see if they went out of business since I was told to destroy mine 2 years ago for the recall, was emailed several times promising different timelines, and now I can't get a response and the "support" link on the website is broken.

I requested my replacement over three years agoStill waiting for over 3 years for my replacement that was “supposed to be sent”. Their support team is horrible and kept getting excuses as to why my replacement has not been sent now they say they went out of business and are not send me my replacement but they are still sell blendjets this makes no sense how did you go out of business

This company was a scam gave up on my replacement years ago a few friends I know started currently a legal battle. But this company is horrible specially when it comes to communication.

Do not buy this product. Even if you see it in the store, do not purchase it. Purchase mine at BJ’s and received a recall a few months later. It’s been a year and no replacement part. Already filed a complaint to the FTC, if this has happened to you, I suggest you do the same. Anybody interested in banding together to start a class action auit against this company let me know.
