Facing the north is considered bad by most people, since it makes the apartment dark. I would never want that. You need facing the south, thats my advise.

Hello! Agent from the area here. North facing can be great. This apartment only faces one direction. South can get to hot. So north can be just fine depending on what you like 🙋🏻♂️

I wouldn’t recommend a north facing apartment as it’s gonna be almost pitch black in winter time, but other than that it seems spacious and clean. Good luck on your hunting! ☺️

This is the best area in Sthlm! And very cute apartment too, I find north facing is quite nice for smaller apartments because it gets incredibly warm otherwise 💗

I definitely recommend looking further away from the city. I moved a 15 minute train ride away and my apartment is twice the size for the same cost and more modern.
