Was really excited for these. Flavor is great, but they are really sweet. I’m not Indian and I don’t cook Indian food, but I do eat it often and from different places. Probably the sweetest ive had.

I wouldn't know how to cook with these. I love most ethnic related foods, but have no idea how to cook with them. I went into an Indian site once and asked how to cook with the packages they sold.....

I love all the above but have an allergy to onion so can't eat many premade sauces. I'm assuming your stuff has onion in it right? Most do. If not, I'll definitely order some.
