If you have a super small nose (like me) we need the nose pieces to have them fit on our face instead of sliding off constantly. Same with regular glasses. It’s upsetting, but we have to have them.

The nose piece is ment to keep it on your face without slipping. The second ones do have it it’s just attached to the frame on the side
