Fun fact the hospital staff returned, helped clean, and had it set to reopen but the owners of the building decided to just build a new hospital. Ohhh and it’s definitely haunted

Sad part is, the national guard completely cleaned and sanitized it. It was ready to open. The university wanted a new facility and with the governor compliance would not allow it to open.

Profit over patients. They had it cleaned/ready to open back up 3 weeks after Katrina. Government said nope, let it rot so we can get paid by FEMA to build a private facility & not help the poor

From New Orleans, and I promise y'all this hospital was haunted even before Katrina. Katrina basically opened up the path for all the spirits to be active again. Charity was OLD!

It makes me really sad that instead of putting the money towards renovate spaces like these into low income housing or something, we are sending celebrities into space
