@draleksandrabrown: Hair thinning? Here are the OTC treatments that actually work—and why. 🧴✨ 1️⃣ Minoxidil – This FDA-approved topical is a must. It boosts blood flow to hair follicles and helps extend the growth phase. Apply consistently for visible results in 3–6 months. 2️⃣ Ketoconazole Shampoo – More than just an anti-dandruff shampoo. It calms inflammation and may help reduce DHT on the scalp, making it a great support treatment. 3️⃣ Vitamin D3 + K2 – Low vitamin D is linked to hair shedding. Supplementing with D3 (paired with K2 for better absorption) may support overall follicle health. 4️⃣ Caffeine Hair Serum – Caffeine isn’t just for your morning coffee. It may help block DHT and stimulate hair follicles when applied directly to the scalp. 5️⃣ LLLT (Low-Level Laser Therapy) – These red light devices may sound futuristic, but studies show they can stimulate follicle activity and increase hair density over time. 6️⃣ Dermaroller – Microneedling at home can boost the absorption of topicals like minoxidil and stimulate growth factors—just be gentle and stay consistent. 💡Pro Tip: These work best in combination, especially for early-stage hair loss. 👉 If your hairbrush is looking fluffier than your scalp—don’t wait. Start early, stay consistent, and talk to your dermatologist if you're unsure where to begin. 💬 Drop your questions below ⬇️ #HairLossTreatment #DermApproved #Minoxidil #HealthyHairJourney #HairGrowthTips #HairTok #OTChairtreatments #DermRoller #LLLT #draleksandrabrown #fyp

Hi! If using topical minoxidil, topical rosemary oil, and topical caffeine , can these all be applied at the same time? In what order? Thank you!

I do not recommend minoxidil, it says if you have anxiety do NOT use it. It’s a vasodilator and lowers blood pressure. It put me in the hospital repeatedly for weeks and that was in February- I’m still battling the lasting neurological effects. Rosemary oil and castor oil are much better options.
