in many states that is doc by vulgar language. 1st amendment allows you to say what you want but when your being vulgar about it that goes out the window. tx that is either a ticket or jail or both.

Cops should have to be recertified every six months on de-escalation and the study of the law and have a point system just like drivers license being a police officer is a privilege not a right.!!!!
