Unintentionally got tonsilitis only had soup cause everything else hurt wasn’t aware it was tonsillitis at the time thought it was just a cold, ate soup once or twice a day daily went from 85kg to 60

I’m a T1D and when I was younger would purposely not do my insulin for a few days to give myself ketoacidosis. I could lose like 5kgs in 2 days .. but I Ended up in intensive care so never again 😂

I don t recommend this by any means! I was literally living on tea and diet coke. I’d be eating something on the edge of losing consciousness. I lost a significant amount of weight in a short time
