@tenshi_guide: The god of Moses (Yahweh) is often depicted as vengeful, legalistic, and focused on obedience to strict laws (Deuteronomy 28). In contrast, Jesus emphasized love, compassion, and a direct relationship with the divine. Instead of endorsing punishment, Jesus revealed the hypocrisy of the accusers and showed mercy. This moment challenged the Israelite belief in harsh justice and pointed to a God of compassion.
