My dad was Army, I was Army, and i grew up/lived on Air Force bases near where either my dad or I were stationed. Air Force facilities get actual funding.

We didn’t get anything for getting a 90. But if you got under a 90 we couldn’t wear a combat top when we flew, so that kinda sucked.
