@spicymoustache: Fruit magnum 🍑🍨 ICE CREAM BASE: - 2 kg ripe loquats (or any fruit you like) - 300 g sugar - Juice of 5 lemons - 300 ml water - 1 cup coconut yoghurt INSTRUCTIONS: - Wash the loquats, cut them, and boil until completely soft. - Blend the mixture and let it cool. - In an ice cream mold, layer the loquat sauce and the coconut yoghurt (you can also use coconut milk), then freeze.
