Heavy Cream 2-4 TBS. Lemon Juice 1/4 C. Whole Milk Add ingredients to a jar, shake or mix. Cover jar with cheese cloth or tea towel. Keep jar on the counter for 24 hours. 24 hours later the mixture should be thick. Mix the sour cream then chill in the fridge for a hour before using. The sour cream will thicken as it chills. Store homemade sour cream in the refrigerator for upto 5 days.
