Esthetician here! These are called sebaceous filaments and they are a natural part of everyone’s skin. They will fill back up after manual extraction or using any product to remove them!!! a product like this one will probably have no effect on them unfortunately.

Try any Korean gommage. Been around decades. Been using since like 2012. Don’t have to spend 50$. Just go look up any gommage with good reviews. $10 is all u need to spend for a great one.
