The closing ceremony was officiated by Rwandan President Paul Kagame, who addressed more than 300 young Rwandans. Core Highlights of Indangamirwa IX The Participants: The cohort brought together young Rwandan students studying in international universities overseas (the diaspora) alongside top-performing local university-bound students who had excelled in their national high school exams. The Training: The students underwent intensive physical training, civic education lessons, and cultural activities over several weeks at the Gabiro School of Infantry.
