Be fr its the same thing … maybe different formulation but all its doing is breaking the bonds and making them again when hair’s kept straight .. snd that’s what a relaxer does

As a fellow curly haired curly who wears it solely blowed dried / straightened. Idk understand why people get mad when curly hair ppl do this. I love my hair when it’s blow dried than curly 🤷🏽♀️

"if it was a perm we would call it a perm"? well in japanese we call it 縮毛矯正 or "perm for frizzy/curly hair" sometimes it's referred to with the term パーマー (Paamaa) for PERM 🤷🏽♂️all the same lol
