I was diagnosed with alopecia as well. My vitamin D was super low - 19. Now I keep my vitamin D level between 80-100. Take magnesium and zinc as well and my hair is flourishing! Maybe this can also help others.

Minoxidil is the only hair growth active ingredient that has been clinically proven to be effective and safe for hair loss. It gets a bad rep bc of fear mongering. Your results look great so far!
