They aren’t stealing- their TT shop accounts were hacked! The hackers are getting the refunds not them. Another business posted what is happening. That’s why the returns look the same.

Can you make returns not an option. Whomever has a legitimate problem can just reach out to you. All these scammers should be flagged for mail fraud, and all sorts of fraud. It’s coordinated for sure.

I opened a case to appeal the refund because I took photos of the cardboard piece they sent back. my appeal was approved and I was rewarded the money the next day. I took a pic of the mailer they sent

What's sad is that good buyers (me) get scammed by TikTok shops and won't even shop on TikTok anymore. Good buyers no longer want to buy on TT so ur stuck with the ones who will scam.
