The best baby exercise and eye/brain stimulation u could do is walking with ur baby outside on a saddle carrier. My baby is 2m and can completely hold his head up by himself, I don’t do tummy time.

Before any mums beat themselves up for not doing this, all I did was tummy time, loved, fed and slept. It’s tough enough being a new mum without these additional pressures. My son is 9 and smart
