As someone who lost their last living grandparent at 18, didn't even meet my paternal grandparents, I always think of how lucky people are who have them into their adulthood. She's always there 🥰

I lost my nan when I was 14, it been 10 years and last year I found her nighty and cried. It smelt like her. I wish she could have seen me become an adult & meet my bf. She would have liked him 🥹

Lost my grandad 12 years ago and recently moved into a house with a garden, I think daily how much he would've loved it. I try to find him whenever I see a bird or a new flower pops up.
