100% wash ur hands before and after!! baby chickens are very sensitive to any bacteria that is on ur hands and will get sick 😢.

People told me that you can kill them for handling them too much? But I did that and they were fine! I also have some chicks and they are so friendly!! ❤️🐥

That’s what I did. I also only gave them meal worms from my hand so they saw that as a reward. Now my babies come when they hear me say hi ladies. Each of them expect a belly rub and picked up.

any other suggestions on a " treat" to get them to have interest in what's in my hand? They didn't really have interest in the oatmeal or their food. Haven't tried the meal worms yet.

I used quick oats as the first prize snack when they were tiny they loved it! I now have a couple that battle for first snuggles 😅 I upgraded to black fly larva when they got bigger
