Greetings, Jah Family. ❤️💛💚 Today, I come before you with a heart full of pain and a humble request for help. Do you remember this beautiful little angel who recently danced so joyfully to one of Burning Spear’s songs? He is only 4 years old, full of life, innocence and joy. But behind that beautiful smile is a little boy fighting for his life. His name is Ibrahim. Ibrahim has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) and, sadly, he is not in remission. His condition is now described as refractory, and his doctors have advised that he urgently needs a bone marrow transplant. His family has been doing everything possible to save him, but the treatment he needs is not readily available to them here. He needs to be transferred to India as soon as possible for the transplant. The estimated cost of treatment in India is between US$35,000 and US$50,000. The family has registered with the Ghana Medical Trust Fund (MahamaCares), but unfortunately, no assistance has been received yet. Jah Family, we cannot sit and watch this little boy fight this battle alone. I honestly did not know my little soldier was this sick until everything was explained to me yesterday. Since then, I have barely been able to sleep. I keep thinking about that little boy dancing happily, unaware of the enormous battle he is facing. Four years old is too young to be fighting for your life. I am therefore humbly appealing to everyone who can help: please donate whatever you can. Whether it is GH₵10, GH₵50, GH₵100, GH₵500 or more, every contribution brings Ibrahim one step closer to the treatment he desperately needs. If you cannot donate, please share this appeal. Your one share could reach a person, organisation or group that can make a life-changing difference. Let us come together as one family and give this little soldier a fighting chance.
