Tarnish does not mean the piece is ruined or bad quality!!!!!!!!!!!! Sterling silver needs to be polished once in a while.

If you're acidic (or taking antibiotics) it causes jewelry to tarnish quickly also

It could be skin chemistry. Silver tarnishes pretty easily, you can use something called a sunshine cloth or silver dip (just check if that’s ok to get on the gold)
