Brown one stick of butter. Toss in 4 rosemary springs and let cool. 2. Toast a few pieces of sourdough. 3. In a food processor, add 15 oz. Ricotta, 3 tbsp cream. Process for 1 minute. Transfer to a piping bag. Pipe squiggles onto the toast. And then drizzle on the brown butter. spring fruit salad 🍓 1. Add sliced grapefruit, kiwis, and strawberries to a bowl. 2. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tsp chopped thyme. Drizzle over the fruit. Garnish with flaky salt. eggless buttermilk pancake muffins 🥞 1. Mix 1/4 cup ground flax with 1/4 cup hot water. Then smash in 2 ripe bananas. 2. In a large bowl add 1 cup whole wheat flour, 3/4 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 2 tsp cinnamon, 3/4 tsp kosher salt and whisk. Make a well and add the flax mixture, 2/3 cup buttermilk, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined. 3. Evenly divide in a greased muffin tin. Sprinkle with cane sugar.
