Extra?.. Etihad offer quite cheap fares originating from london. It’s not premium like emirates or qatar. Etihad its more like mediocre airline. Offer boutique low prices.

I travelled last week to Bangkok from Heathrow. Flight was good but the movies they have same on all flights which I travelled. I am not impressed with food options which they need to work on.

My sister used to work with Etihad before she left to join JAL Japanese Airlines. She had nothing bad to say about them & staffs are a lot friendlier than EK & Qatar
