Ingredients: • 1 tbsp oil 🛢 • A handful of pine nuts 🌰 • 350–400 g beef filet 🥩, cut into small cubes • ½ tsp allspice 🧂 • ½ tsp cinnamon 🌿 • Salt & pepper to taste 🧂 • 1–2 tbsp butter 🧈 (I prefer 2!) • ⅓ cup pomegranate molasses 🍷 (Debes El Remman) Instructions: 1. In a skillet, heat the oil 🛢 and sauté the pine nuts 🌰 until golden. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same pan, add the beef cubes 🥩. Sear them until browned on all sides. 3. Season with allspice 🧂, cinnamon 🌿, salt, and pepper 🧂. 4. Lower the heat, add the butter 🧈, and let the meat cook through until tender. 5. Pour in the pomegranate molasses 🍷 and stir well to coat the beef 🥩 evenly. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes. 6.
