For anyone worried about it like me: you most likely do not have it, and it could be ADHD instead. ALZ is more about memory loss of routine stuff, so your work procedures, your way home etc.

Have u had cognitive issues your whole life? I’m only 30 but I’ve always been prone to confusion, bad memory, directionally challenged, brain farts. I always fear it means I’ll get Alzheimer’s

After I got covid I started showing some of these symptoms. Mainly the issues with words/speaking. Magnesium l-threonate is the only thing that helps, I take it every day. Wishing you all the best.

Thank you! I’ve wondered for a while if I had some kind of Alzheimer’s starting because of my trouble with nouns. But I never forget where I am or what I’m doing, I just struggle with vocabulary.

I was diagnosed in 2019 with MCI aged 54. Although my condition is worsening the progression is slow. Keeping my fingers crossed it just stays like this and I don’t get the official EOA diagnosis!
