Stay tuned for more 🥰 I don’t usually eat sweets but I will never refuse a plate of my favorite dessert 😋 INGREDIENTS • 1 1/2 cup glutinous or sweet rice, rinsed and drained • 1 1/2 cup water • 1/2 cup sugar • pinch of salt • 1 can coconut crème milk • champagne mangoes cornstarch slurry (1:2 ratio) • 1 tbsp cornstarch • 2 tbsp water toppings: • toasted sesame seeds optional, garnish with mint INSTRUCTIONS 1) rinse and cook rice 2) sweeten coconut milk with sugar and salt. Reserve aside 1 cup. 3) once rice is cooked, add 1 cup of sweetened coconut milk. Fold in the milk and do not over mix. let rice absorb while you prep. 4) with the remaining coconut milk, make a glaze with the cornstarch slurry. set aside. 5) serve with thinly sliced mangoes, rice, glaze and toppings.
