I had this schnitzel at the actual place of Figlmueller in Vienna and trust me it does not need any seasoning, it has its own flavor. If you want “herbs and spices” that bad there was a KFC nearby..

To all the seasoning police, you add lemon juice and salt at the table and it‘s served with sweet lingonberry jam and acidic potato salad. That‘s where the flavour comes from!

They mix the eggs with milk and they use Kaisersemmeln for the breading, that’s completely different to milk bread, I’m afraid 😭 additionally you salt and pepper the egg mixture tbh

I haven’t craved schnitzel since I lived in Germany in 2006. The best Turkey schnitzel sandwich. 3€ and it was huge, could feed 2-3 people
