@tylerpath: If your gym has this machine… use it. This cable preacher curl with the swivel had the MOST lengthened focused resistance profile out of any preacher curl variation I’ve seen (even the free weight version). And tbh, a free weight variation like the flat preacher curl feels uncomfortable. But since this iswith a a cable, it feels super secure and the rom ends just outside a straight elbow. So if I was a gym designer, I’d get one of these machines and put it in all of my gyms. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
