Are you putting hair oil in your extensions and braiding them when you sleep? i've found that leave in conditioner, hair oil, and braiding when i sleep help them to last. if i don't do those things,

any oil will work coconut oil works well

I used that remover and it was amazing, you have to make sure to put it right at the top of the tape ins and let it sit for like 10 seconds!!
