Do not touch oil paints we cannot handle it with adhd I PROMISE YOU. 🤣 Acrylic or watercolors all the way girl they dry faster. Maybe start with paint by numbers?!?

Look up videos on unifying palettes, how to find the light, and working in layers! Also, using colored pencils just do a rough sketch of what all those colors you described would look like :)
