hip and knee degree of flexion never changed, through all movements…..so you are basically doing the exact same movement just in different stances. Understand the join degree relationship per muscle.

You'll work your quads as long as you have a lot of knee flexion (knees moving forward). You don’t need to take a very narrow stance. Just choose the one that feels best for you.
