Take a B12 monthly,omega 3 fish oil tablets,dht blocker,some use pumpkin seed oil,for guys if you use trt it could cause the hair fall,so a dht is a must,was every 2 days,don’t wash with hot water

Just remember that if you start using minoxidil it is a lifelong thing. If you stop using it, the hair regrowth will start to fall.

For my fellow South Africans, “Kez Shampoo” is sold at Clicks it has the same ingredient that Gabi explains that’s in the shampoo she gets there in Dubai - Ketoconazole 20mg. Hope this helps 🥰
