If you can see how much dust settles on floorboards, image how much dust collects in thr carpet that you can’t see and will never get out. Floorboards are easier to clean and way more hygienic! Better for breathing and allergies x

I run a demolition company. Please never get carpet. We make our staff wear masks to remove carpet. Also think of all of the micro plastics.

The reason is when you have carpet it collects the dust and is not good respiratory that’s why I say floorboards and a rug

Floorboards are so much more hygienic and the carpets have fumes. I got really expensive carpets and they’re stunning like a cream colour but do regret not laying hard floors

I say go for the floorboards! They're way easier to clean, feel nice to walk on in winter. Carpets? They're dust magnets. Plus, a robot vacuum could handle the cleaning while you relax! ☺️
