Using the african net sponge already gets rid of dead skin, so the body scrub is overkill. Be careful with over exfoliating since you seem to be using both

For the LOVE of all things PLEASE don’t just use hibeclens like daily soap omggggg or use a foot rasp bc that will make your callouses TOUGHER. These are used for ind. NEEDS. Not for everyone to copy.

Hibiclens is used in hospitals pre surgery as an antiseptic. Usually with CHG wipes and I’ve heard a combo of the 2 helps with acne!

Only use hibiclens if your doctor tells you to, it's not just like a heavy duty body wash. We use it in the hospital as a wound wash for severe wounds.

Yes hibiclens is great but I promise y’all if you don’t get frequent body acne/cysts, or have a problem with extreme body odor you do not need it, regular soap will work just fine ☺️
