It’s way easier if you just pay 20 bucks and use the orange limousine bus. No need to deal with the hassle of moving your luggage around the metro!

I always use the Airport Limousine Bus. On 5 holidays now. Very easy, affordable and you get delivered to central Tokyo within 1 hour, with absolutely no hassles.
