Poor baby girl. The answer is to relax it?! Clearly the stylist needs educating. Just give her a short style, get rid of the damage, grow it out and parents need to learn how to care for babies hair.

この度は縮毛矯正ありがとうございました。 生まれた時から髪の毛がチリチリで先天性の髪の毛の病気の縮毛症というものでした。 本人も大きくなるにつれてどうして私だけ…と悩んで、母の私もどうして普通の髪の毛で産んであげられなかったのだろうと自分を責めてしまっていました。 今回施術だけでなくアドバイスも全て優しく丁寧にしてくださって、更に理想とするサラサラな髪の毛にしてくださって感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです

Je pense que les parents ne savent pas entretenir ce type de cheveux la meilleure solution c’est de faire une coupe courte et de trouver une routine simple avec les bons produits le lissage va juste cacher le problème

Puede ser propio de la combinación genética. El cabello rizado es grueso y abundante y el cabello asiático suele ser delgado y escaso. Quizás ella saco los rizos pero lo delgado y escaso también. CREO
