English is ⬇️ مش معقول شو طلعت طيبة هالسلطة!!!! حتى اللي ما بحب التونا رح يحبها ب هالسلطة مغذية ومشبعة والطعم خيااااال …. بتحبو تضيفو التونا للسلطات؟؟؟ المكونات: نصف كيس باستا ( 250g ) ٢ علبة تونا ١ كوب ذرة ١ جزره كبيرة مبروشة ١ حبة فليفله حمراء مقطعة ١ كوب زيتون ( اخضر مع اسود ) ضروري ما تستغنو عنه او ضيفو مخلل خيار ١ بصلة حمراء مقطعة مكعبات ١/٢ كوب بصل اخضر ( الجزء الأخضر) تتبيلة الدريسنغ: ١ كوب مايونيز ١/٢ كوب لبن زبادي ١ ملعقة صغيرة ديجون ماسترد شطة حارة سائلة ( اختياري) عصير ليمونة كاملة ٢ ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون ٤-٥ عروق شبت اخضر مفروم ( ما يعادل ١/٣ كوب) ربع ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود ملح ——————————————————————————— Ingredients: 250g pasta ( any type you want) 2 cans of tuna ( drained) 1 cup corn 1 shredded carrot 1 chopped red pepper 1 chopped red onion 1/2 cup chopped green onion ( green part) 1 cup ( mix of green and black olives) Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon Tabasco hot sauce Juice of one lemon 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/3 cup of fresh dill ( 4-5 sticks) 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Salt ***** blend the dressing ingredients together in the blender ***** boil the pasta until it becomes soft and tender not aldente ****** add the dressing to the salad mixture and mix it well then leave it in the fridge for 1 hour then serve it. #yasmeenaljabari #pasta #tuna #salad #tunasalad #tunapasta #تونا #سلطة #سلطة_باستا_بالتونا #باستا #سلطات #وصفات_سهلة - @yasmeenjabari_1989
