There’s a black owned food truck @chef_nate_wangznmo in Arlington TX that has so many fire options to try out. They have a lot of different options to try from loaded fries, fried red snapper, oxtails and more. No matter what you get, all of their meat is smoked and they also don’t use pork in any of their dishes. Loaded fries Fried red snapper pasta Smoked oxtails Starting off with our favorite, the loaded fries were some of the best loaded fries we’ve ever had. The use smoked steak and beef sausage on the fries and the sauce they put on top is fire. Everything paired nicely on the fries and they were fire. We also tried the fried red snapper pasta, where they use red snapper filets. It’s rare to find snapper filets but this the dish was so good and the pasta was perfectly seasoned. They have oxtail plates which are also smoked. They put it over a bed of dirty rice, add turkey in there and top it with a Cajun sauce that really just goes perfectly with most of the dishes. The oxtails were nice and tender and fell pretty clean off the bone. We finished things off with their banana pudding which you can get with bananas or no bananas which was nice. At this point, this food truck really doesn’t miss no matter what you get. If you’re in the area and you want to eat good, definitely check this spot out.
