tbh I know you said you have eczema but the areas the redness is (mouth, nose and then eyes) I think Perioral Dermatitis...not many gps are good with this sort of thing, but my go jumped straight onto

Only use vasoline as a skin barrier…after u do ur cleaning and its dried completely …use a petroleum jelly-vasoline.
